Koenigsegg Revvs Up Its Digital Workplace with Omnia

Koenigsegg, the megacar manufacturer, has transformed its internal communications and processes with a new Intranet and integrated Management System.

GhostNet Drives Internal Communication Efficiency

Koenigsegg, known for its cutting-edge sports cars, has overhauled its internal communications with the launch of GhostNet, built on the Omnia platform. Previously, fragmented information was distributed via email, making communication inefficient. Now, employees receive the same updates simultaneously, improving both engagement and information flow across the organization.

“We’ve significantly improved internal communications. Not only is it easier to access relevant information, but the system also ensures everyone is on the same page,” Gert notes.

By discontinuing email-based news distribution, employees were quickly onboarded to GhostNet, driving higher engagement and faster access to critical company updates. The solution’s mobile responsiveness has been crucial for employees on the move. Omnia’s platform enables access to GhostNet via mobile, and with GhostNet-TV installed in the factory canteen, workers stay updated in real-time.
